  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: grilled vegetables like zucchini, red onion, or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F) and oil the grates.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place turkey tenderloin in a dish or bag and pour marinade over it. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove turkey from marinade and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Discard marinade.
  5. Grill over indirect heat, turning occasionally, for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. The temperature will rise to 165°F as it rests.
  7. Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
