  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 30 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place diced avocados in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle fresh lime juice evenly over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  5. Gently toss all ingredients together until evenly coated, being careful not to mash the avocado.
