Ingredients

Scale
  • 700 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 120 grams plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  3. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
  4. Place the marinated chicken into the hot skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until deeply browned and fully cooked.
