  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 pieces pita bread
  • 500 grams frozen fries
  • 0.5 cup garlic sauce
  • 0.5 cup sliced pickled cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and prepare the frozen fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the hot skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  7. Warm the pita bread briefly.
  8. Assemble the plate with sliced chicken, crispy fries, warm pita bread, garlic sauce, and pickled cucumbers.
  9. Serve immediately while everything is warm.
