Ingredients

- 1/2 cup raspberry or strawberry jam
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in egg yolk and vanilla.
- Add flour and salt to form dough.
- Roll into balls and press indentations.
- Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Fill centers with jam after baking.
