Description

Keto Cream Cheese Noodles are a low-carb, pasta alternative made with eggs, cream cheese, and shredded cheese, baked into soft ‘noodle’ sheets and tossed in a creamy, buttery sauce for a satisfying keto-friendly meal.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet (10×15-inch) with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until set and slightly golden. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the baked sheet into thin strips to create ‘noodles’.
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the noodles to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

  • These noodles can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or chili flakes to the batter.
