Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet (10×15-inch) with parchment paper.

- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until set and slightly golden. Let cool for 5 minutes.

- Add the noodles to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- These noodles can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or chili flakes to the batter.
