Instructions
- Add the olive oil to a shallow serving bowl.
- Stir in the sliced garlic, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Let the oil rest at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
- Stir once more before serving with warm bread.
