- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and set a small saucepan on low to gently melt the butter.
- Combine melted butter and olive oil in the small saucepan, add the minced garlic and warm until fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Lightly oil the preheated skillet if needed to prevent sticking and ensure even searing.
- Season the lobster chunks with salt and black pepper, then add them to the hot skillet in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Sauté the lobster for 3 to 4 minutes, turning gently so the pieces become opaque and just cooked through, avoiding overcooking.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the cooked lobster, add lemon juice and chopped parsley, then toss briefly to coat and meld the flavors.
- Transfer the lobster bites to a warm serving dish and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- Pat thawed frozen lobster dry before cooking to get a better sear.
- Use unsalted butter so you can control the salt level precisely.
- Add the garlic toward the end of melting the butter to avoid burning it.
