Description

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange cabbage wedges on the baking sheet, flat side down, leaving space between each piece.
