Description

A creamy, fruity no bake Million-Dollar Pie made with sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapple, coconut, and pecans in a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped topping and cherries.

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, plus extra for topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
  • 6 to 8 maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place a large mixing bowl on the counter and add the sweetened condensed milk and fresh lemon juice. Stir until smooth and combined.
  2. Add the well drained crushed pineapple, shredded sweetened coconut, and chopped pecans to the bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fully combined.
  4. Spoon the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Garnish the top with extra chopped pecans and maraschino cherries.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
