Description

Ingredients

  • 24 oz cheese ravioli (pre-cooked or refrigerated)
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, then remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta until smooth.
  4. Spread half the meat sauce on the bottom of the dish, layer with half the ravioli, then spread half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
