- 24 oz cheese ravioli (pre-cooked or refrigerated)
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta until smooth.
- Spread half the meat sauce on the bottom of the dish, layer with half the ravioli, then spread half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
