Description

Mini Nutella Cheesecakes are decadent, creamy treats featuring a buttery graham cracker crust topped with a rich Nutella-infused cheesecake filling. These bite-sized desserts are perfect for parties or any Nutella lover’s craving.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner in a muffin tin. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  3. Spoon the filling over the cooled crusts, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still slightly jiggles.
  4. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set fully.

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
  • Don’t overbake to keep the cheesecake creamy and soft.
