- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chopped nuts.
- Add honey and melted coconut oil, stirring until the mixture is evenly coated and sticky.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
- Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
- Spread the plain Greek yogurt evenly over the chilled crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries decoratively over the yogurt layer.
- Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to help the tart set before slicing.
- Slice carefully and serve chilled.
