Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chopped nuts.
  2. Add honey and melted coconut oil, stirring until the mixture is evenly coated and sticky.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  5. Spread the plain Greek yogurt evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries decoratively over the yogurt layer.
  7. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to help the tart set before slicing.
  8. Slice carefully and serve chilled.
