Description

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bars combine the sweet, spiced flavors of cinnamon rolls with a rich, creamy cheesecake layer, all baked into soft, gooey perfection for an irresistible dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Open one can of cinnamon rolls and press them evenly into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any seams.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, cinnamon, and flour until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll layer.
  5. Open the second can of cinnamon rolls, cut each into quarters, and arrange them evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and the cheesecake layer is set.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans.
  8. Slice into bars and serve warm or chilled.

Notes

  • For extra gooeyness, slightly underbake and let them finish setting as they cool.
  • Top with extra cream cheese frosting for more indulgence.
