Ingredients
- Minced chicken, 400 g
- Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves, 3 cloves minced
- Red chili, 1 small finely chopped
- Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves, 1 packed cup
- Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup shredded
- Flour tortillas, 4 medium
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Add vegetable oil to the skillet and let it warm.
- Add garlic and red chili, sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add minced chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break it up.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until the chicken is evenly coated and glossy.
- Add fresh basil leaves and cook until just wilted.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the hot mixture, allowing it to melt.
- Spoon the filling onto tortillas, wrap tightly, and serve warm.
