Description

Soft, buttery cinnamon rolls filled with juicy peaches and warm cinnamon, topped with a sweet glaze that tastes like a blend of peach pie and comfort food perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar, then let sit until frothy. Add butter, eggs, and salt, then gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon, then spoon peach filling evenly.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice into 12 rolls. Arrange in baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream to make glaze. Drizzle over slightly cooled rolls.
