Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups toasted pecans
  • 6 cups rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup until smooth and bubbling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a large bowl, combine toasted pecans and rice cereal.
