Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix mozzarella and cheddar cheese together in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet, add cheese and vegetables, then top with another tortilla.
  5. Cook until golden, flip carefully, and cook until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from heat, rest briefly, slice, and serve.
