Description

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese such as Swiss or cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, then add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  4. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pie crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Pour the egg mixture gently over everything.
