- 2 packages (3 oz each) ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat with vegetable oil until shimmering.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and the cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
- Add beef to hot skillet in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add sauce mixture to skillet. Simmer for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
- Return beef to skillet along with cooked noodles. Toss to combine.
- Stir in green onions, toss again, and serve hot.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
