Description

A fun and colorful white chocolate bark loaded with peanut butter candy and mini chocolate chips. This no bake treat is creamy, crunchy, and perfect for parties or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white chocolate chips (about 4 cups)
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces and mini chocolate chips evenly over the top, gently pressing them into the melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
  6. Lift parchment paper and break into pieces before serving.
