- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- White chocolate or marshmallow fluff for topping
Instructions
- Melt butter and marshmallows, then mix with Rice Krispies.
- Press into pan and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cream.
- Spread over crust and chill 6 hours.
- Top with white chocolate or marshmallow drizzle and serve.
