  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until evenly coated.
  3. Spread carrots on the baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes until tender and golden.
