  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
  • 1 cup apple cider (non-alcoholic)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
