  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro (optional), chopped
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, bell peppers, and red onion with olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread everything on the sheet pan in a single layer.
