Ingredients

  • Refrigerated Cinnamon Roll Dough: 2 cans (8 rolls each)
  • Apples: 4 medium Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Cream Cheese: 8 ounces, softened
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until coated.
  3. Press half of the cinnamon rolls into the bottom of the baking dish, flattening them to form a base.
  4. Spread half of the apple mixture over the cinnamon roll base. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over apples.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining cinnamon rolls, apples, and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until rolls are golden and apples tender.
  7. Drizzle the included cinnamon roll icing over the top while warm.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
