Ingredients
- Refrigerated Cinnamon Roll Dough: 2 cans (8 rolls each)
- Apples: 4 medium Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Cream Cheese: 8 ounces, softened
- Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until coated.
- Press half of the cinnamon rolls into the bottom of the baking dish, flattening them to form a base.
- Spread half of the apple mixture over the cinnamon roll base. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over apples.
- Repeat layers with remaining cinnamon rolls, apples, and cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until rolls are golden and apples tender.
- Drizzle the included cinnamon roll icing over the top while warm.
- Slice and serve warm.
