- 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Press one can of crescent dough into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough evenly.
- Unroll the second can of dough and place it over the filling, sealing edges.
- Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice and serve chilled or slightly warmed.
