Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add macaroni and carrots, cook until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in cabbage and shredded chicken.
  6. Lower heat and add evaporated milk, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve warm topped with shredded cheese.
