Description

  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the strawberry layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
