- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Stir in toffee bits and pecans.
- Shape dough into two logs about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Slice chilled dough into 1/4-inch rounds and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool slightly on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Serve and enjoy.
