- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8–10 green grapes, halved
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Baguette or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Flake the cooked trout into a mixing bowl using a fork.
- Add softened butter, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold the mixture until just combined, keeping small flakes of trout visible.
- Spoon the mixture into a small serving bowl or jar, pressing lightly to remove air pockets.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
- Before serving, drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with halved green grapes and dill.
- Serve chilled with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
