- 1 (28-ounce) can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 12 ounces Spaghetti
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- Fresh Basil, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Place a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat and start boiling water for pasta in a large pot.
- Combine Ingredients: Heat olive oil, sauté onion, carrot, and celery until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
