  • 12 ounces Spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Place a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat and start boiling water for pasta in a large pot.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Heat olive oil, sauté onion, carrot, and celery until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Push ingredients to the side, add tomato paste, let caramelize, then mix together.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Pour in crushed tomatoes, add oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.
