Description

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions until just tender, then drain if needed.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm cooked rice, whole milk, softened cream cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and well blended.
  4. Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the grated parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.

  6. Sprinkle the remaining grated parmesan cheese evenly over the surface.
