Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
