Instructions

  1. Gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, panko, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. Chill patties for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
