Instructions
- Gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, panko, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form into 12 small patties.
- Chill patties for 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders with lettuce on mini buns.
- Serve warm.
