Description

Carbonara deviled eggs made with creamy yolk filling, parmesan cheese, crispy pancetta, and freshly cracked black pepper for a bold appetizer twist.


Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 ounces pancetta, diced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool in ice water, and peel.
  2. Cook pancetta until crispy and drain.
  3. Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, heavy cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pipe or spoon filling into egg whites.
  5. Top with crispy pancetta and extra black pepper.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Add pancetta just before serving for crisp texture.
  • Mash yolks until very smooth for creamy filling.
  • Store covered in refrigerator up to one day.
