Description

Juicy seasoned chicken layered with crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and freshly grated parmesan, all tucked inside soft toasted slider buns for a crowd-pleasing bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 12 small slider buns
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  4. Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a mixing bowl.
  5. Place slider buns cut side up on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Layer sliced chicken on bottom buns, top with dressed romaine and grated parmesan.
  7. Close with top buns and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Toast buns lightly to prevent sogginess.
  • Toss lettuce with dressing just before assembling.
  • Let chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
