Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté green beans for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to green beans and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over green beans and toss gently.
- Serve meatballs with sesame green beans.
Notes
- Do not overmix meatball mixture.
- Bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Sauté green beans until tender crisp.
- Store leftovers refrigerated up to 4 days.
