Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté green beans for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to green beans and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over green beans and toss gently.
  8. Serve meatballs with sesame green beans.

Notes

  • Do not overmix meatball mixture.
  • Bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Sauté green beans until tender crisp.
  • Store leftovers refrigerated up to 4 days.
