- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spoon a layer of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the bottom of each clear dessert glass.
- Add a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with crushed cookies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
