Description

Creamy and indulgent Cookies-and-Cream Parfaits layered with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and fluffy cream filling. An easy no bake dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon a layer of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the bottom of each clear dessert glass.
  5. Add a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with crushed cookies on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.
