Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into tart pan.
  3. Whisk filling ingredients and fold in cranberries.
  4. Pour filling over crust.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
