- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into tart pan.
- Whisk filling ingredients and fold in cranberries.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes until set.
- Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
