Description

Ingredients

  • 3 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Brush romaine with oil and season.
  3. Grill cut side down 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Mix tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic, and basil.
  5. Spoon vinaigrette over grilled romaine and serve.

Notes
