These High-Protein Tiramisu Trifles are a lighter twist on the classic Italian dessert, layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and a creamy Greek yogurt filling. No baking required, easy to prep ahead, and packed with balanced flavor in every spoonful.

- 2 cups full fat plain Greek yogurt
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 12 ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 1 cup espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Arrange 4 clear glasses or jars on your counter for layering.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso and place a layer at the bottom of each glass.
- Add a generous spoonful of the yogurt mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers of dipped ladyfingers and yogurt mixture until the glasses are filled.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld.
- Before serving, dust the tops with unsweetened cocoa powder and sprinkle with dark chocolate chips if using.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not oversoak the ladyfingers, a quick dip is enough to prevent sogginess.
- For stronger coffee flavor, brush espresso onto the ladyfingers instead of dipping.
