Description

Festive holiday cookie pops made with soft sugar cookies dipped in chocolate and decorated with colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients to form dough.
  3. Roll, cut, and insert sticks.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Dip in chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
  6. Let set before serving.
