Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl for whipping the cream.
  2. Whisk the lemon pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk until thickened.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Place a layer of sponge cake cubes in a trifle bowl and lightly brush with fresh lemon juice.
  5. Add a layer of lemon pudding, followed by sliced strawberries, then whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
