Description

Martha Stewart’s One-Pan Pasta made with spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, basil, and garlic cooked together in a single skillet.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Place spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes, and water in a large skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
  3. Reduce to simmer and cook 9 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Cook until pasta is al dente and liquid has reduced to a light sauce.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  6. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan.
