Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place matzo sheets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each sheet lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the matzo alone for 3 minutes to lightly crisp.
- Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over each sheet.
