Description
Silky smooth panna cotta made with cream, vanilla, and gelatin for an elegant no bake dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cold water.
- Heat cream, milk, and sugar gently until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in softened gelatin and vanilla.
- Strain and pour into molds.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve with topping.
Notes
- Do not boil cream mixture.
- Chill fully before unmolding.
- Serve with fruit or sauce.
