- 24 cocktail sausages
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using Dijon mustard, lightly brush a thin layer over the puff pastry sheet.
- Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 even strips.
- Place one cocktail sausage at the end of each strip and roll it up snugly. Arrange seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each roll with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until puffed and deeply golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
