- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 450 grams cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and prepare springform pan.
- Mix pumpkin cake batter and spread in pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over pumpkin layer.
- Bake 55 to 65 minutes until center is set.
- Cool completely and refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese.
- Do not overmix cheesecake batter.
- Chill fully before slicing.
