Festive mini pumpkin pie turkeys decorated with candy for a fun Thanksgiving dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 package refrigerated pie crust, enough for 12 mini crusts
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 candy corn pieces
- 24 chocolate candy pieces for feathers
- 12 candy eyes
- 2 tablespoons melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut pie crust and press into muffin tin.
- Whisk pumpkin puree, cream, sugar, egg, spice, and vanilla.
- Fill crusts and bake 18 to 22 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Decorate with chocolate candies, candy eyes, and candy corn using melted chocolate.
- Allow decorations to set before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake.
- Cool before decorating.
- Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
- Add decorations close to serving time.
